Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATIONS
- Rescheduling appointments and cancellations must be made 72 hrs prior to your appointment
- A 50% booking cancellation fee will be charged for cancellation & rescheduling less than 72 hrs to your appointment
LATE ARRIVAL / NO SHOWS
- If you’re late to your appointment by 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled, and a deposit required for any future appointments
- No shows will result in a 50% charge of the service booked
- No shows for a second time will no longer be able to book an appointment with THATCH SALON & GOODS
